To stay ahead of the crowded and competitive market, the company had to offer state of the art online services. The implementation of Auth0 provided for a robust identity management set of capabilities which ensured a scalable, secure, user-friendly customer registration and authentication process. The solution was designed to support access policies, data protection regulations, and compliance requirements, while providing a modern digital transformation platform for identity and access management.
- Migration from legacy IT systems, where data lived in multiple silos.
- Managing project progress while experiencing general availability (leave, vacation, work travel, mandatory offsites).

The delivery approach for this project followed an agile methodology, ensuring flexibility and iterative development while maintaining alignment with customer's business objectives. The project was executed with a structured discovery and design phase, followed by iterations of development, integration, testing, and production deployment.
A Project Kickoff meeting was conducted for introductions and established communication methods for the engagement. Trevonix and the customer team met on a weekly basis to review progress per plan, assign follow-up actions to responsible parties and a Weekly Status Report for Executive overview. Collaboration tools facilitated team interaction 24x7.
